  • Minimally requested Child-to-Adult Ratios:
    • Preschool-aged children (3-5 years): 1 adult for every 5 children.
    • Elementary school-aged children (5-8 years): 1 adult for every 8 children.
    • Middle school-aged children (8-14 years): 1 adult for every 12 children.

4. Footwear:

  • No shoes are allowed inside the bounce house. Children must remove shoes before entering and must wear socks.
  • Bare feet are not allowed for hygiene reasons.

5. Clothing and Sharp Objects:

  • Children should wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.
  • No sharp objects such as keys, belts, jewelry, glasses, zippers, belts, or toys should be brought into the bounce house to prevent punctures or injuries.

6. Food, Drinks, and Gum:

  • No food, drinks, snacks, candy, or chewing gum are allowed inside or near the bounce house to prevent choking hazards and keep the area clean.

7. No Rough Play:

  • No roughhousing, flips, wrestling, pushing, or excessive bouncing is permitted.
  • Children must bounce safely, without jumping on top of others or colliding.

8. Entering and Exiting:

  • Children should enter and exit the bounce house in a calm and orderly manner, using the designated entrance/exit area. No diving or jumping off the walls.
  • Ensure the blower and inflatable structure are securely in place before allowing children to enter.

9. Hazardous Items:

  • No face paint, silly string, glitter, slime, temporary tattoos, confetti, toys or other objects that are not part of the soft play set should be brought into the play area. These can create tripping hazards or cause injury.
  • Remove any hard or sharp objects before entering the soft play, including buckles, caps, pens, keys, glass, and purses.

10. Weather Conditions:

  • Bounce houses should not be used in strong winds, rain, or extreme heat. The inflatable may become unsafe or damaged in adverse weather conditions.
  • If wind speeds exceed 15 mph or if the bounce house begins to deflate or shift, all children must exit immediately, and the use of the equipment must cease until it is secure.

11. No Climbing or Hanging:

  • Children are not allowed to climb or hang on the walls or netting of the bounce house. These areas are not designed to support body weight and may lead to injury or damage.

12. Blower and Electrical Safety:

  • The bounce house blower must remain on and plugged in at all times during use to keep the structure inflated.
  • Keep the area around the blower and electrical cords clear to prevent tripping hazards. Do not allow children to play near or with the blower or cords.

13. Pets:

  • No animals are allowed inside or near the bounce house for hygiene and safety reasons.

14. Deflation:

  • In case of sudden deflation, ensure all children safely exit the bounce house immediately. Do not allow re-entry until the issue has been resolved, and the structure is fully inflated and stable again.

15. Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Dreamland Creations will provide a clean and sanitized bounce house upon delivery. The renter is responsible for ensuring that the equipment remains free of excessive dirt, food, or mess during the rental period.
  • Any damage, stains, or excessive cleaning requirements will result in additional fees.

16. Anchoring:

  • The bounce house must remain securely anchored during use, whether indoors or outdoors.
  • Do not attempt to move or adjust the bounce house once it has been set up by Dreamland Creations.

17. Health Restrictions:
