Before and after every rental, our team thoroughly cleans all items, including softplay items, ball pits, bounce houses, yard games, ocean balls, mats and fences, using industry-approved methods. We remove dirt, debris, and visible grime to ensure everything is fresh and appealing.Sanitization Measures
After cleaning, all surfaces are sanitized using child-safe, non-toxic disinfectants that are effective in eliminating germs, bacteria, and viruses, including Norovirus, Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria and SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). We focus on high-touch areas like handrails, mats, and handles to maintain a hygienic environment. Our sanitization products meet EPA standards for use against harmful pathogens, ensuring maximum safety.
Inspection and Quality Control
Each rental undergoes a final inspection to ensure it meets our rigorous cleanliness standards. Any item that does not pass this check is re-cleaned and sanitized before it reaches your event.
On-Site Disinfection
As an added layer of protection, all rental items are disinfected again immediately after setup at your event location. This ensures that your equipment is not only clean but also freshly sanitized for optimal safety.
